I agree with Finaero here. It must've been Jean Michel's most spectacular concert ever, looking at the pictures. It's such a shame no photobook or complete video/audio recording was released...
I think though, it's indeed one of Jean Michel's greatest concerts ever, but not my favourite

Visually, second only to La Defense (third being Gdansk).
The music however probably rates it as 5th or 6th on my list, first being La Defense again and second being tied Gdansk / Docklands.

I think Concerts In China beat it, sorry.

I like CIC better, but Houston is very good too. I wish I had the VHS version of it too instead of only the CD version...

Rendez-vous Houston was a spectacular concert! Nothing can beat it (except "Paris La Defense")...

This was the 3rd CD I ever bought. Live Houston/Lyon! The architecture really adds to the performance.

I´ve just learned that JMJ had to pay a fine for uproaring during the Houston concert !

Uhm, as far as I know, he had to pay a fine for rehearsing too loud at night and for disturbing the night with the skytrackers. They were even pointing one of the skytrackers to a police helicopter when it demanded them to stop the rehearsals.
At least, that's what I've read...
