It's a function just in between an Admin and Moderator. Perhaps I will promote any of the moderators sometime, but not in the near future.

Uh, a junior moderator is one step between an ordinary member and a full moderator. A kind of half moderator.

It is Junior Admin and not Junior Moderator

which must be just like GeeJee tells.
