Deserted Palace

I think it's OK. Very experimental, nearly avant-gardistic album. It sounds VERY dated now though. Still OK.

I hope it will be remastered and released on CD soon, that would have been great.

Your opinion?

It's good, I love his experimental period :P (because I love the VCS3 :D)
I hope it won't be released in CD or other because it'll broke the myth, but it's my opinion

I love this album. Retro chic here we come!
I hope this gets rereleased on CD in a deluxe boxed set with the other early releases (La Cage, AOR).

I really like it :D
"Bridge Of Promises"- just love it...great piece of music.
I also often listen to "Take Me To Your Leader", "Desterted Palace". "Iraqui Hitchhiker", "Windswept Canyon".
I know Jarre fans who just can't stand this album, but I think it's worth to be released on CD :)

So 'Bridge Of Promises' is basicly 'Black Bird', or what is the difference?

An original record is something special and I don't know how to get my hands on it so I hope for a cdrelease.

It's not my favourite JMJ stuff, but a proper CD release could be nice :)

For me Jarre is Oxygene and onward. Nothing existed before then! :P

So the percussion track in Chronologie 2 from Erosmachine isn't really Jarre then, neither is Rendez-Vous 2 and 3, and neither is Oxygene 4...? ;)

I was listening to it many times, now I don't. But my favourite track is "Deserted Palace" track. Very melodic...

I don't care when they first appeared. They feature on the mentioned albums which are Oxygene and onwards. So what's the problem?

Owned back * 1.000000!!!

But they existed before, so if you deny/dislike thems, it's a bit odd ;)

You know what... I've known Jarre since 1979, and it wasn't before like 2001 (22 years), when I got my first PC and internet connection, that I found out Jarre had made stuff before Oxygene. Therefore it's a bit hard for me to recognize that fact. The same goes for Kraftwerk, only with them I discovered their pre-Autobahn stuff in an import shop some 8 years ago. Can't come to terms with that either. They are Autobahn and onwards. Let me live in my own little secure bubble! :P :D
