A Tribute Concert for HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, organized by the Association "POUR LA TOLERANCE"
By the end of December 2006, Samy Akrour, president of the Foundation "Pour La Tolérance" contacted Francis Rimbert to explain his project collecting funds for Handicap International. Without any doubt, Francis agreed to participate : to share and help such a nice action. This was the begining of the collaboration.
This event will take place in Lyon on Nov.16, 2007 at 20:30 pm - Salle Victor Hugo
Francis Rimbert will perform a 1h30 concert, including previous tracks from Double Face and new one from his forthcoming album Snap Shots. Francis revealed that he won't be alone one stage ..... !
This concert will end with a signing session.
Note : on each cd sold during this concert, 1 € will be refund to HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, represented by Claude Boulud President for Lyon antennae
Profits generated by this event will be refund to help persons suffering of divers handicaps in over 60 countries or so, all the money collected by the tickets sales will be used to buy some medical equipments, rehabilitation, prostheses...
In addition Francis decided to gather some more money for this fundation, so Francis proposes to donate 1€ on each cd sold on this particular day, and not only during the concert !

Concert caritatif au profit de HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, organisé par l' Association "POUR LA TOLERANCE"
A la fin de l'année 2006, Samy Akrour, président de l'Association "Pour La Tolérance" a contacté Francis Rimbert afin de lui expliquer son projet de collecte de fonds pour Handicap International. Sans l'ombre d'une hésitation, Francis fut partant pour cette belle cause ! Ce fut le début de cette collaboration.
Ce concert se tiendra à Lyon le 16 nov. 2007 à 20h30 - Salle Victor Hugo.
Francis Rimbert sera sur scène pour un concert d'une heure trente, reprenant des titres de l'album Double Face mais aussi interprétant des morceaux de son nouvel opus Snap Shots. Francis a dévoilé qu'il ne serait pas seul sur scène .... !
La fin de ce concert sera l'occasion d'une séance de dédicaces.
NB : sur chaque cd vendu durant ce concert, 1€ sera reversé à HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, représenté par Claude Boulud Président de l'antenne de Lyon
L'argent ainsi récolté sera attribué pour aider des personnes souffrant de divers handicaps, afin de proposer une aide à l'accompagnement de ces personnes dans plus de 60 pays, mais aussi pour la rééducation, les soins, l'achat de prothèses.... grâce à la vente des billets.
Francis a décidé de réunir un peu plus de fonds en proposant de prolonger l'action sur une journée complète : 1€ reversé sur chaque cd vendu le 16 nov.2007, avant, pendant et après le concert !
Les pré-ventes des billets seront accessibles dès le mois de mai (10€)
