It's a fake. There was some guy in the U.K knocking these out last year I think it was. This is the same guy who sells those large batches of dvds, about 20+ concerts. This is one of them. But yes, it is the HDTV version, I have this one myself but with a slightly differant cover. I had mine off "Warrior Video".
