Just received this from Petr from Czech Republic. I am not sure whether to call this genuine or not:

That's aswell the one I have seen on eBay, for 10€ with P&P I guess, or sth like that.
I have always wondered and I still wonder...

Well, I wouldn't say it strikes out as fake. In fact, it looks pretty cool (cardboard case and all).
Even so, it might just be a genuine Chinese pirate copy

Hi it´s me Petr
In my view (if you have it in hands) ... I don´t know.
First look ... paper cardboard is in good quality (there are some 3D stickers like for original CDs or Microsoft programs etc!!) and CD is NOT CD-R.
Second look - incorrect names of tracks - there is "Beautifrl Agon " and "DVD Bouns) on cardboard and backsite of booklet too.
On Paper cardboard and booklet is sentense that it is authorised for selling in China only and that for Macau, Tai-wan and Hong-Kong it is unauthorised too.
On CD is written logo of Warner with very small letters. If I use magnifying glass there is mentioned "Warner Music Tai-wan". But on CD is "Made in China" too.
CD and DVD is running correctly in computer and personel CD player and DVD player too.
CD and DVD was packed in safe plastic case with other stickers with logo of Warner..
I don´t understand China letters and will be great to know what is mentioned on paper cardboard...
If it is bootleg - it is in very good condition. It is strange... but I recommend to have it in section bootlegs.
I prepare better detail photos...

Besides all those strange notes you pointed out, it looks too good to be a cheap bootleg.

Hi:
But the cd doesn't have the AERO logo, wasn't it the reason to catalog the Chinese promo DVD with the photo of JMJ as Bootleg??
Thanks

Seller sent it in safety envelope and all CDs were in mint condition (in polyethylene case too). I also have bought Pink Floyd´s "Wish you were here" and it was without any incorrect printings with English and China symbols.

You are right, logo is not on the CD.
Another remarks...
If you see paper cardboard and backsite of jewel case, there is incorrect www page "
www.wanermusic.fr".
It is interesting that on paper cardboard is written track "Beautifrl Agon" but on backsite paper is "Beautifrl Agony".
If it is not bootleg ... Jesus ... this quality is

... if the CD has those incorrectness, what to think about (for example) Chinese cars...
For all that, it is interesting to have it in collection of "factory" bootlegs for me.
