Hi all,

back again I would like to know, if there are any other Movies than Palawan with special composed/remixed Tracks from Jean Michels music?

I know, that the director of the Movie "Die Hamburger Krankheit" ("La Maladie De Hambourg", "The Hamburg Syndrome") used existing tracks.
But what about Gallipolli, etc.?

Thank you

Qui Deveneut Une Star from 2001. (or sth :P)
And there's also a belgian/rumanian film of which I forgot the title - JMJ was involved, but it got cancelled.

Strike, btw, doesn't contain any new music. JMJ didn't compose anything specially for the occasion.

That's all there is, as far as I know. Though, it's still early for me as well and I feel horrible, so forgive me if I forgot something.

Shame again  I forgot that, too. Is there just the well known QVDUS or more?

As far as I know, there's only a Japan-only DVD release of that...

QVDUS is an interesting mystery, since no one has ever clarified if only the title track is made by JMJ or the whole soundtrack, not to mention that the title track is only one floating around and I'd somehow assume that even Jarre fans are fanatical enough to get the DVD from Japan and check this thing up (yet in the case the whole soundtrack is by him, I guess it won't do much good when there hasn't been a separate release so the music in the film would have the voice acting on top of it :P).

Oh well.

Have it, all the music is by Jarre--It's not very good--both the show and the music. This soundtrack/whatever you call it proved to me that Jarre just cannot compose for for film/TV properly.

If you need another example look at strike. Most film music elevates a film. This music makes the film laughable. What were they thinking?

Well in fact the music from Strike wasn't meant to be film music, os that's maybe not the best example
