Hmm, it always sounded to me like, "According to the latest weather reports it's clear in shanghai"...but, haven't owned that album in YEARS, so I won't go to the mat for that opinion!

I absolutely love the dialogue on that album. It makes it feel real--like the dialogue on the Houston/Lyon Cities in Concert CD.
