About 5 I think. There are a few vocal versions, at least with French and Spanish "lyrics" (nico ;)) and there's also the Choo Choo version and the Ping Pong Song version.. that makes about 5, including the original :)

She didn't ask about how many different titles exist, she asked about the amount of different versions. As you know, several different versions go under the same title ;) So there's more than just 2 ;)
