My favourite Jarre album is (and has always been) Equinoxe - period.

BUT

Since the whole 30th Anniversary Oxygene campaign I'm finding it extremely hard to listen to any Jarre OTHER then Oxygene 2007. It's rich, it's textured - rerecording or remaster it is, for me, the best version of this classic album. And because it's so rich it seems to surpass anything else in the back catalogue. I'm listening to it, on average, 3 times a week at the moment!

I'm sure this will eventually settle down but I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same problem?

Yeah because of all the attention around the Oxygene album, you easily get hooked on it.

Yes, I agree . Were into Oxy because it's the in-thing at the moment. If Jarre was to take the same approach with, say, Equinoxe, that would get he same reaction.

Yes, this might be the case for me. But Oxygene has always been special to me. There is only one way to find out, Jean Michel we want an Equinoxe Tour. Although, it would mean more work for him.
