Off the top of my head, maybe the actress who plays Daphne in Frasier. (I can't remember her name...) She'll have to change her accent from Manchester to Yorkshire, though!

Nah, I don't like to say to someone : "ok, and now, play in front of me"
Could be better to say "the star you would like to meet" or "the star you would like to play with"
So, I would say Jean Reno or Jean Rochefort or Christian Clavier for example
