I was wondering if Jarre still lives in the same 12 bed mansion he shared with Charlotte Rampling at one time. Does anyone have any photos of it?

I think he lives in Parisian flat with Anne.

As i know studio and flat 2 different "venue"

He sold that mansion. There are some links to the auction site somewhere on here, I think.

Kinda funny how he had mansions and stuff back in the CICS times and nowadays... well, a flat

I think he sell the house:
a) Too many lovely memories with Charlotte.
b) Too costly to run.
c) Got bored in the mansion.

Would you want to live with your Husband in a home he shared with his ex???

Also the Fact that some insane Idiot decided it was Funny to post Jarre's home address and personal details all over the Old Jarre Forum

There's 2 major reasons to sell it..

A house is only a house until you make it to your home!

I was under the impression he sold his house before he met Anne. Could have been both Charlotte’s and JMJ’s house.

As for the address to be made public, that may be a good reason to move but nowadays there is safety measures one can take i.e. electric fence. But JMJ may not want to feel caged in.

It makes sense that when he married Anne; they do not to live there. But a house does not make all the memories.

If you are living in a mansion like this one, you cannot hide. Everybody would have been able to track down the adress. Still there is a difference between revealing pics or videos of a house, and revealing the adress.
JMJ has had several relationships after Charlotte, so I guess it was just natural to move away. Maybe he just wanted to live in a flat closer to the city centrum. I doubt economy has anything to do about it.

Many men in the age around 60 actually do as Jarre,they sell the house,find a flat and a young woman!

And maybe Jarre is not a handy man so he can't own a house,if he is not a carpenter!
