Does anyone know what the font used for the text on the front of the Oxygene and Equinoxe albums is called?

Back in 1993 I recorded a song titled Équigène (Go Jarre Go!), but have only found the cassette with the song on after having a look in my loft yesterday. The cassette just about still plays and I've transferred the song from cassette to PC and am now working to re-record it.

Hello,

I think the typeface used for Equinoxe is actually from the Futura family.

If you look closely at the shape of the letter, you can see the Century Gothic character is more round whereas the Futura character is "cut" by a vertical line.

Also the shape of the "eye" of the R is different, not just because of the boldness of the type.

Cheers,

You're right, Futura is better.

Could you maybe upload that Futura font? I never found the version you're using...
