For me it`s unknown. I think it can be a bootleg (from where and really from JMJ ?) or has he written under a pseudonym?

Or is it made by someone (German ?) which abused his name ? (Three tracks have german title....that`s strange )

There is no rumor. Cosmic Baby made this album called Heaven, which he released in 1998. Some russian guy messed up when bootlegging (or thought it would be fun to sell more CDs if they released it under an other name). This rumor was debunked in 2000 already, but now this thing rears its head again.

And yes, what can one do about illegal bootlegging? Especially when it's in Russia, where it's an industry on itself.
