JMJ Constantinus Campus Concert – September 2013 - Not Official
Educational, cultural and entertainment complex.
Constantinus Campus is designed to hold in foxholes Niš fortress from 07 - 21 September 2013. year with daily exhibitions, film screenings, theater performances, concerts, parties, literary readings, performances ...
The highlight and finale of this project will be held in the city area with a free concert Jean Michel Jarre for 150,000 people.

but google cannot decipher the language! which country is this in? looks east europe somewhere.
I hope the show is not on Sept 6-9th as I'm seeing Mylene Farmer concerts in Paris then
