Hi guys. I've finally redigitized the vhs that was kindly sent to me about 2 years ago by a forum member "darkwinter1979". This time I used a better VCR and didn't smudge the image all over the place unlike I did 2 years ago. Anyways, here it is. I've also synched it up with the radio broadcast and inserted some missing pieces from another camcorder. Hope you like it.

Jean Michel Jarre Paris La Defense Camcorder

If anyone wants the DVD. Let me know. The dvd contains both original and radio sound tracks.

I'm also trying to upload another rare camcorder footage of the CPLT gig, but having some issues with the file conversion. I'll update the post here when it's done, or you can just subscribe to my channel there.

Very nice! A shame about the radio broadcast chatter, but eh, impossbile to smoothly get rid of it.

Definitely nice to see some visuals that would have been pretty nice to see on the concert video itself. :]

Oh sorry, I must've missed a few chatter spots. But try to ignore it :D

I can't imagine what it must have been like seeing that concert. Such a shame it's all indoors these days or many times smaller.

Relive the concert of Jean Michel Jarre in Paris La Défense on July 14, 1990 in full thanks to this montage "in real time".

Who played the sax solo on Rendezvous 4 at La Defense?

Don't think it was a real sax solo. It rather sounds like it was played on a keyboard. So probably Domino or Francis played it.

At the recent concerts in La Rochelle and Bratislava, RV4 really needed a solo added to the end. Both great performances, but RV4 feels a little flat when played live without the solo. On the album, it fades nicely into RV5. Live, I've sort of become used to hearing a solo.

I must admit, that is pretty spectacular work editing together all the best sources to create what is undoubtedly the best documentation of a 'mega-concert' era Jean Michel Jarre performance. I enjoyed every second of that. It really made me feel as if I was there in person. I really wish the other mega-concerts had something like that for the whole concert. I still hold hopes that one day we'll have decent footage of the whole of Lyon and Docklands.

I can recall the days on this forum when the idea of camcorder footage of Destination Docklands was considered a pipe-dream yet that one roof-top recording is spectacular, yet incomplete.
