Yes you're right, it's probably an hoax. There are all spanish fans.
April fools are more efficient in May. ^^ This information from spain was on the netherlands forum... This joke is doing an "European Tour"...

But if the news is really fake then you can recognize it fast most of the time. But now I'm really confused. The people around Jarre on the photo looks like fans of him. Not like professional artists. And why will choose Jarre only Spanish musicians for touring with him? At last there names are Spanish!
