Sorry if this has been asked but what is the name of the new track being played at the start of his recent concerts.

No official name has been given to the track. At the moment unofficially, it goes by Intro - New Theme or Overture.

So... the official name is "Coachella Opening" per the "Planet Jarre" tracklist. Very weak name IMO.
