Also, just to consider some other differences:

The album instrument list doesn't state the Quasimidi Technox - but we know a preset pattern was used in O10.

The album instrument list doesn't state the Roland MC303 - but JMJ stated in an interview (with studio pics) that he used a Roland MC303 on the album.

The album instrument list doesn't state the Moog System 55 and it is also not pictured in studio shots at the time. It was on the tour, but I suspect this was more of an aesthetic decision rather than musical (not least because the sequencer is running with no apparent link to the track). Same for the ARP2500. Always crops up but never does much, musically.

Equally, the Mellotron is in the instrument list and was pictured in the studio shots, but certainly the Mellotron strings were from the Roland JV SR04 Vintage Synth expansion/module.

Atop the Mellotron (in the studio pics) was the Minimoog, hence why I suspect the Mini may have been used somewhere in the album although it's not listed in the album instrument list. Or may have just been for show. Who knows.

Interestingly, if you move on to Metamophoses - you'll find that some of the same instruments crop up: Raven, JP8000/JP8080, Nord Lead, Roland JV SR04 Vintage Synth, Minimoog, K2000 as well as the MC505. The JV90 in O7-13 was swapped for the XP-80/JV2080. Yamaha AN1X was also used on Metamorphoses and being out around the same time with the JP8000 and Nord Lead, I would not be surprised if it had cropped up on O7-13. AN1X was also used for the main arpeggio/sequence on Immortals I think. But like above, the Yamaha isn't listed in the album notes.

Not according to my konwledge. I had a conversation with Stephane Gervais about it - it's one of my favorite synths ever and so I was trying to convince him to get one; he did mention JMJ owning an AN1x (which surprised me TBH as JMJ hasn't been known to use Yamaha gear with some minor exceptions) but nothing with regards to the recent albums (at the time of conversation "Electronica" was the most recent)

I heard/watched an AN1x sound demo on YouTube and one of the presets was a sparkling arpeggio which, to my ears, was the Immortals main line. Unless, of course, that part was written by F*ck Buttons?

As for earlier use, there are some 'Behind the scenes' videos and photographs from Joachim Garraud during the making of Metamorphoses and there's an AN1x under the Raven.

Yeah, perhaps this particular part was done by Fuck Buttons. Do you by any chance remember the video where you heard it? I mean the arpeggio doesn't have a very specific sound, could it be it's just similar?

And there's a Yamaha CBX-K1XG on one of the photos as well, but I doubt it was actually used ;)

To me it is not a AN1X under the Raven but a Kurzweil K2000. Have a loot at the attachement.

Can't find the exact video but this sounds similar at around 12 minutes:

Also, can't find (yet) the AN1x video for the Metamorphoses album, but this is a video of the studio shoot for Keyboard magazine article for Oxygene 7-13 launch:

The whole ending part of O7 is my favorite thing about 7-13. "Log out" patch, lol funny name. What patch do you mean?

I know - odd name but when you hear it, it makes sense. In O7, you can hear it three times at 10'26, 10'38, 10'55.

Ah yes, that sounds like something in reverse, with a ton of reverb and delay on top of it. Really nice scary introspective sound, fits with the overall atmosphere of the ending that he's built up.

That sounds incredibly generic TBH. Many synths can do that.
Also, can't find (yet) the AN1x video for the Metamorphoses album, but this is a video of the studio shoot for Keyboard magazine article for Oxygene 7-13 launch:
And the length of the video is... 7:13. Surely can't be concidental.

EXCELLENT! Best cover of O7 I've heard - the main lead/laser harp sound is the closest to the original I've heard on any cover. Good work.

You nailed the main melody sound. The whole track sounds great in fact. One thing though: the "choir" sounds a bit off, too much reverb maybe, I don't know.
