JmJ when President of CiSAC continuously lobbied government as we know
to pass laws to pay unknown artists authors musicians for their creativity.

I can't think of any musician doing this for poor unknown artists authors musicians.
Paul McCartney isn't doing this. Elton John isn't. JayZ isn't. Drake isn't.
Vangelis isn't. Depeche Mode isn't.
