For me, it was a special time of '99 and 2000....when I was exploring his discography, then this special vocal album came up. As I remember remotely, it might have been October of '99 when Metamorphoses was announced?

Yeah, it sould have been around october 1999. C'est La Vie promos were issued in october. Sadly, I can't find any online news on fansites around that time. Jarre.net was the information source and the offline fanclub magazines and their websites too (Revolution UK's newsarchive starts at 2001).

Too bad jarre.net is offline, it would probably have a nice news archive from that time...

Anyway, I can't imagine how FDM wanted to have a succeefull album, without releaseing it in the US...only in 2004. Loosing a large potential market...
