Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

Currently, we are experiencing some DNS problems. We hope to fix this as soon as possible.

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

MiVo has entered the building! :)

Hi Mivo.
BIG Hearty Welcome.

If there is anything to be gathered from the RIP jarre.net forum
one such is
Can't please all of the people all of the time
or even all of the people some of the time
Or even some of the people all of the time.

AND
Children like candy.
If you give them candy for a lot of years, then withold the candy,
due to various reasons.
they will complain.

AND
Some people will sooner or later will start behaving as the thing they complain about.

FINALLY ...
A jarre forum is clearly more important than .... say 3rd world poverty, wars, famine.

Oh well, thanks for the welcome, I have decided to join here as well :) I think most of you know me, but I put here an introduction anyway. :)

My name is Michel Voorn, 41 years old and living in Leidschendam (close to The Hague), a place in the Netherlands (Europe). My nickname is the first 2 letters of my first name, and the first 2 letters of my last name. Ok, I had to choose something. :D

My occupation is network administrator on an education office, unfortunately I've lost my job there due to economical reasons, however, I'm still in service though. Via a job office an attempt will be made to find another job for me.

I'm a big music lover, and then especially electronic music, I'm a big fan of Jean Michel Jarre. Other artists I like are Vangelis, Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Mike Oldfield, Christopher J Wray, Designer Thumbs, Schiller. Should I go on ? :D

I'm having a online radio show called The Music Cafe on Cygnus Radio, every monday at 20:00 CEST.

I'm also running a few sites and forums, like the Dutch JMJ forum.

Other interests are watching TV series like Star Trek, Stargate, 24, Invasion, Surface, Lost etc.

My health is not so good, since 1995 I've the disease Rheumatism, in combination with Psoriasis.

Ok, that was it for now :)
