Who played the emulator during ethnicolor?

Which concert do you mean?
Sylvain Durand did have the Emulator in his setup for both Houston and Lyon. Pascal Lebourg had the Emulator II in his Houston setup.
There was also an Emulator II. Besides that another subject comes to my mind but it is pointless.
I hope that was more or less the answer you were looking for.
