Yes,the elasticity of the modern sausage. They just don't bounce anymore when dropped. I'm thinking of writing a letter of complaint to the British Sausage Council

It's not what it used to be concerning the sausages right? I have one left in a jar from 1943, but that's just one... soon I'm out of good ole' sausages... :(
