Let's put it this way: Without Oxygene 1-6, there would be no Oxygene 7-13. The 7-13-album magic relies heavily on the tension between merging the old classic Jarre sound with the retro style of electronic music of the late 90s. On its own, Oxy 7-13 would be just half as exciting.
