Is it just me, or does the orchestral section at the end of the track sound a lot like 'Pop Corn'.

It's those plucked strings, I'm hearing 'Pop Corn'.

also....

Millions of Stars..

The orchestral bit at the end sounds like the chorus from Chronologie 4 (slowed down of course)

To me, the rhythm pattern and the melody of Popcorn bear similarities to Oxygene IV, but I can't figure anything more.

No, I don't recognize "Popcorn" in "H G"

and sure, JMJ could have had an inspiration from popcorn when he made Oxygene 4, but still I wouldn't call him a copycat, because those songs are different enough.

(and surely JMJ should have been accused for plagiarism, if that would have been the case)

I can definitely hear that one, but I can't hear Popcorn in Hey Gagarin. The most obvious one has to be The Overture from The Concerts in China being a slowed-down version of Magnetic Fields 1, of course.

Overture (sped up to 2x normal speed, mixed into Magnetic Fields 1)
Attended:

Destination Docklands - Saturday 8th October 1988
Europe In Concert (Wembley Stadium) - Saturday 28th August 1993
