The rythmic sound starting at 16 seconds til 32 seconds, genuinely don't know what to call it, but I've heard that specific sample used in one of the earlier Who series somewhere.
27-11-10: Ahoy Rotterdam
22-11-16: Heineken Music Hall Amsterdam
01-07-25: Palais royal de Bruxelles/Paleizen Plein Brussel

I know for a fact that rhythm is a Spectrasonics Stylus preset. You can hear it in this video

Whether Spectrasonics used a sample from Dr. Who is a different story.

One of the VPS Avenger presets (the entire rhythm and chord progression, except it was replayed on other synths in the album version) also served as a basis for Movement 6 on Equinoxe Infinity.
Movement 6 is such a cringe :punch: track.

JMJ when you are not sure what to do, when you got time pressure to deliver an album, just stick in an Ambient track.
