The final paragraph expresses regret that the Brussels show design did not include lighting on the facade of the Royal Palace. That's my regret too.

Wow, just noticed that MF2 is even shorter than I thought. It started out at 3:30, in Sofia, Budapest, Pula and Brussels it's just 2:55 (the C-minor verse repetition is missing and the first chorus as well). I really lucked out with the Słupsk concert, it was the last one with the 3:30 version.

That was a very fun show. Beforehand I thought it was a low budget/festival kind of gig (with one musician on stage), and even if it was it was very impressive visually. A proper light and sound show like we've seen him do before. Compared to his late 00s/early 10s tour, I think I prefer this one. It helps that there was firewoks and fire too (as if it wasn't hot enough!)

All in all I'm pretty impressed that with 77 years old he still manages to do a concert like this.

This was the first show where I saw people faint. We saw 4 people being carried away by first responders throughout the concert. Probably because of the extreme heat. Because my god, it was HOT.

I know right. It's easy to take JMJ for granted.

Musically it was an altered Versailles 400, Bratislava, La Rochelle set with some tracks added and removed. The biggest surprise was Arpeggiator which worked great. For a festival setlist: pretty fun. But for me it was kinda predictable, these arrangements of songs I've heard before. But this concert is not for me only so tough luck for me

To me they all sound too samey in pacing from Electronica tour onwards till now.
Really could do with some slow paced Non edm beats tracks.

And you know who loves Rendez-Vous 4? Gong Li! She was standing right behind me and she was shouting "Rendez-Vous! Rendez-Vous!" before JMJ came on stage and even started beginning singing the bassline before the track even started.

Also nice to finally meet Shadow and catch up with Richard again! It was fun to speak to you!

Agree completely. Just as in Brussels, those classical facades around the edges of the concert site are just waiting for a pair of blinking eyes to be projected on to them, or laser generated snakes, butterflies and more. Such a missed opportunity for a tour such as this with these locations not to take this hybrid approach - the modern Jarre stage, combined with the classic Jarre architectural integration.

Her enthousiasm sure was infectious
