If JMJ does not play Zero Gravity (Above & Beyond remix) in Ibiza, I'll be furious!  It would be the ultimate irony if it's not in his club setlist. For me, it's been his most annoying track of the last decade yet has found its way into Notre Dame, the Versailles Hall of Mirrors and Bratislava. All these shows would have benefitted from it being dropped. Now is your chance to be a DJ, JMJ! :D

Jean-Michel Jarre celebrates premiere in Ibiza this year
His music inspired Depeche Mode as well as Duran Duran. In the summer, Jean-Michel Jarre brings his iconic synth DNA to Amnesia for the first time and writes a new live chapter.

I'm curious if 2026 will see two distinctly different shows. The summer dates essentially a rerun of the 20025 'special summer' tour (the same setlist and visuals) while the autumn shows will have a setlist more focused around Oxygene, with a different visual concept too.

Yeah, I probably jumped to conclusions too fast that this might be an Oxygene 50 year concert, but it is advertized as such. I would not be surprised if it is, because otherwise this would be a one off concert between the Summer Tour and the Oxygene anniversary tour.

Electronic pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre set for historic Ibiza debut at Amnesia
The one-off concert on Sunday 5 July is part of the fiftieth anniversary celebrations.
In a season already buzzing with anticipation, Amnesia has just dropped another bomb for a landmark celebration. Electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre set for historic Ibiza debut, as part of the club's programme for its 50th Anniversary.
On Sunday, 5 July, the White Isle will witness a genuine ‘I was there’ moment as the time-honoured French electronic musician Jean-Michel Jarre performs his first-ever show on Ibizan soil.
This exclusive live performance will see the man who defined electronic music and the laser extravaganza swap his usual global landmarks and skylines, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids of Giza, and the Forbidden City, for the more intimate confines of Amnesia's Terrace.
A masterclass in innovation
Jarre is the quintessential futurist and, arguably, the godfather of Techno and Trance.
For those of us growing up in the '80s, just before the Acid House scene burst into life, JMJ had already laid the groundwork with driving basslines, rolling rhythms and spacy chords. His albums Equinoxe and Oxygene were his groundbreaking works that took stoned teenagers to other parts of the cosmos they had never travelled to before.
Since the 1970s, he has sat at the intersection of technology and art, pioneering everything from multi-channel audio to VR and the metaverse, amassing an astonishing 22 studio albums and over 85 million sales along the way.
While he usually performs for record-breaking crowds, this Ibiza debut offers us a rare, close-up look at his visionary production.
"Amnesia is a trip - an escape from time," Jarre declared. "That space of freedom is where my music has always lived. I’m thrilled to celebrate the club's 50th Anniversary."
Half a century of shared heritage
The concert serves as a tangible reminder that even after fifty years at the forefront of dance culture, Amnesia can still surprise us. It is a fitting booking for a club that has shaped generations of partygoers, bringing in a fellow pioneer to toast five decades of legacy.
Expect the maestro to take us on a boundary-pushing audio-visual journey between the origins of electronic music and its high-tech future, with a little extra beef in the bassline for the Terrace dancefloor. This isn't just a concert; it could be a piece of island history in the making.

I also think summer leg will be a rerun of '25, though there might be little changes IMO, while the October date can be a warm-up for '27 tour.

It works for me. Although it says that the sale starts on Thu 10:00 AM CET :>

Odd city choice, much like last year.

City choice appears to be linked to the 50th anniversary of these events:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_1976 ... s_in_Radom

"Of all the street demonstrations of the protest of June 1976, by far the biggest ones took place in central city of Radom"

Perhaps there is a programme of commemorative events, and the city authorities have a budget for the JMJ show.
