Ellipse by Michel Granger

Within his paintings, M Granger reflects a part of his own spirituality.

Of all the paintings used for JMJ covers,
Oxy 7-13 encapsulates M Granger's own realisation (enlightenment) of the Reality of Man.

If the above painting was agreed by M Granger to be used by JMJ,
it would probably be a diluted version ... as in Chronologie.

(In Ellipse ... the tree signifies existence ... from which the leaves form creation ... on earth )

Am I the only one who spotted the Access Virus TI Polar in the background?
I already knew it was to be used on the album, but still...

There's also a Roland MC808 and an unknown keyboard on the left...

When first I scrolled down and saw the top of the Ellipse by Michel Granger, I thought it was something else. :P

I've actually made a GOL cover (in Paint, as usual), but it's not pixelated. :P

Is that what's standing on its side with the back side turned against the photographer?

Couldn't agree more. 8)
Guess not...
I think it shouldn't be to hard to notice the sound of the Virus TI Polar if JM is using it. To me it usually has a very characteristic sound...hard, still not that cold and quite deep...interesting it will be. :)

Btw, great painting by Michel Granger!
Though I really hope Jean Michel has some new idea of his own as a front cover for the new album that he wants to show us. 8)

Eccept for this evolving thing like a "growing tree" Jarre also mention that he likes to "illustrate the different states of mind we have through life".

So I was googling around and found the celtic symbole "The tree of life" and also images of the DNA string with the words "the human tree of life". I couldn't resist fooling around a little with Photoshop again and this's what was happen...

I know it is too "flashy" and I have'nt done any text yet but it was just fun to play with the thought.
It is kind of "distorted" due to all the compressing but the original ppd file has got smoth lines. Well...I just hoped that maybe somebody likes it..?
