Don't know why anyone would drink that shit anyway....Do you realise the chemicals that go into it????

the label should contain a health hazard on it!!

Drop an old coin into the cola and see how the chemicals strip it and clean it!!!!

You can use Coca Cola to remove Oil stains off your driveway, due to its acidic content...imagine what it does to your kidneys!!!

You can tell how much sugar is in ordinary Cola compared to diet versions!!!!Drop a bottle of each into a bowl of water and see which one Floats!!!

Drinking too much of sugary drinks will also strip the Enamel from your teeth

Well i think the stats are common sense anyway....

"No actual link in men"

That speaks volumes really, women have a lower Bone density than men anyway so it obvious they have a higher risk of Osteoporosis irrespective of there coca cola intake...

A woman who drinks no CC has no more less chance of not developing it than a women who does drink it,it depends on family genes and your bone development

So to be honest the Study has proved nothing!!if the Phosphoric acid contained within CC is a catalyst to Osteoporosis,it would cause low bone density within men who also consumed it due to the chemical that causes it,so the study is pile of shit..

Don't drink diet versions of sodas! The artificial sweet assistance in it will trigger your body to feel hunger and you will eat more than usual.
That's a cause of a sweetness that doesn't raises your blood sugar as normal sugar does.
Your body will be tricked by the taste.

In the TV show "myth busters" they droped a tooth into Cola for 24 hours and the only harm to it was a change in colour.
Still all the sugar in sodas can't be good for the body.
I think water or milk is much better....so this is what you can do with soda instead: :P

I

I'm talking about prolonged use of it,not just a few hours, there was girl in the states who drank cola everyday, for 12 years and her gums had receded and her teeth had all but fallen out or the ones that were left were rotted beyond repair..she tried to sue CC for misinforming people about the dangers of tooth decay from drinking sugary Drinks..

There have been loads of Writs against CC and the Issues associatted with drinking it in excess

I am glad :P Being young is a Very good time to start.

Aspartame (artificial sweetener) found in diet coke, diet pepsi, diet soda, diet lemonade,
soft drinks and almost any sugar free & sugar supplement products, have been linked to
92 documented symptoms.
The majority of them are all neurological, because the Aspartame changes the brains chemistry,
it destroys the nervous system.

From Multiple Sclerosis, to Alzheimer's Disease, to Parkinson’s Disease, Brain Cancer, Brain Tumor, Diabetes,
Birth Defects, Seizures in infants and children and adults, Epilepsy, fibromyalgia symptoms, lymphoma,
Emotional Disorders such as depression and anxiety attacks,
Also weight gain, fatigue, muscle spasms, shooting pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, tinnitus, joint pain, headaches, dizziness, irritability,
slurred speech, insomnia, blurred vision, vision problems, loss of taste, memory loss.

Aspartame is made up of three chemicals: Aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol. Each are chemical poisons.

Dr Russell L. Blaylock, a professor of Neurosurgery at the Medical University of Mississippi, recently published a book thoroughly detailing the damage that is caused by the prolonged ingestion of aspartame.

If it says "SUGAR FREE" on the label LEAVE IT ALONE
If it says Monosodium Glutamate LEAVE IT ALONE

The majority of processed foods contain MSG,its a flavour enhancer, and many labelled packages do not display it as MSG ,but merely as Glutamate, which can be misleading to some people.

I bet a lot of people wouldn't even know what MSG is or does anyhow when they buy processed foods...

Any processed food that contains Salt or a high salt content will invariably be full of MSG,which with todays food standards,I would say will cover almost 85% of food..

One of the reasons i avoid a lot of processed and other foodstuffs, the more ingredients are in the processed foods, the more likely its to contain MSG....

You'd be shocked at how many people just put stuff in their Trolleys when they shop without so much as a second thought...

I always read the labels when buying food

You wouldn't put the wrong grade of fuel into your car,so why do it to your body which is far more precious..

When they says more than price and best before date, yes.
Or if you know what E11, E16 and E58 really means, yes.

I tried 98 octane in my car instead of green 95 octane.
The only difference is that it was more expensive plus the fuels in our cars has a global effect to the whole planet earth. :P
