So I am going to take those walks anyway, and do some core-exersizes each day I hope. So I can get this stomach of mine down to 88 cm at least. Wish me good luck!
I weight over 90 KG now I think. I don't have a bathroom-weight but I know in my big gut feeling that I weight over 90 kg now!
You are lucky, because you are still only 19

It is VERY EASY to loose weight at your age.
If you were 30 then you would have a LOT MORE difficulties.
Loosing 1KG every month is so easy for you ... you could almost do it "in your sleep".
For the first month you Need to "re-train" your body & your brain.
For the first month cut out ALL carbohydrates : rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, chips, crisps,
biscuits, cakes, muffins, ANYTHING with sugar in it
(chocolate, soft drinks, fizzy drinksl, you name it) a BIG NO NO.

Also NO cheese or similar fats.
You WILL have sugar cravings, lots of cravings, and associated let downs,
so plan in advance, buy TONNES of fruit, PURE fruit juice, natural yoghurt with live bacteria,
and buy a filtered water jug keep it filled (drinking lots of water helps weight loss).
Buy chicken and real chicken sausages, and fish (not tinned tuna it has mercury content).
Lots of green veg : excellent antioxidant.
NO red meat, NO processed food.
Now to take your mind off things and your cravings,
Join 1. Any club you enjoy eg walking club,
photography club, architecture club, gardening club, multiculturual club,
2. Charity work you enjoy 3.Volunteer work you enjoy.
From the second month introduce a little rice or pasta into your daily diet.
NO OTHER carbohydrates.
For your body mass index (I am guessing yoiu are about 5ft5 to 5ft8 tall)
you only need approx 80grams of carbohydrates a day.
BUT since you are retraining your body & brain you need only half = 40grams a day.
This is MORE than enough. Your body will then be forced to use its fat for energy.
TONNES of fruit to satisfy your sugar cravings.
And just ONCE a week a little fresh dessert in the form of say rice pudding or a small fresh cake.
Bake this cake if you want

... its great fun.
Please have a look on line about the Real serious dangers of processed food,
Glutamate or MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)
Aspartame (sugar subsittue found in most sugar free products)
: a Lot of your weight gain, down mood, joint aches are due to this.
In your post on Cola, both Equin(oo)xe and I summarised the dangers of
these.
Wish you the VERY BEST.
