Thanks for the links Tur. They’re very informative. Mind you, you don’t have to be a vegetarian to eat this type of food. Someone I know eats meat as well as tofu. It’s just nice to have a mixed diet and be varied I suppose. :wink:

I am a semi vegetarian - I only eat animals that eat fresh vegetables, does this count :D , got to start somewhere.

Joking aside, over the past 3 months I have cut down on my meat intake, certainly beef, lamb, pork and I have found that some weight has been lost due to that. Now Im eating more vegetibles, fish and rice. When I was younger I really didn't like them that much, now Im getting older it's all changing.

All these diet tips, I have never really found any that actually work for me. But where it works for one, it may not for another. You can eat pretty much anything, aslong as it's in moderation. I remember reading some years ago about a guy here in the U.K who was overweight. He lost an incredable amount of weight just by eating chocolate, and thats all.
