I have had my water supply converted to a Water Meter,so I'm aware of how much water I use daily roughly,as I have to pay for what i use,thus this makes you far more conscious as to how you use and also view water,it has also helped lower my Water costs too,instead of paying a flat rate regardless of how much i use,I have helped to lower my Money expenditure..as I make more of an effort to not take it for granted that I have the privilige of water at convenience,and there is no need to flush everytime you use the toilet(Unless of course its a Richard the Third)and theres nothing Unhygenic about flushing after 3 or 4 or more trips instead of Flushing everytime someone has used the Toilet for Fluid expelsion(and before anyone asks,no My house doesnt stink of P*** just because i don't flush everytime)
I Wonder just how many People leave the Tap running whilst they clean their teeth????When your paying for that excess(unecessary waste of clean water)you learn to switch the tap off
I find it so ironic that we as Humans spend so much energy in expelling views about saving water,yet all across the Globe there are Supermarkets stacked with Litre upon litre of Water In plastic bottles from which the Bottled water companies are making a huge fortune for what is a free natural source,Fair enough in some countries this is essential due to the Natural sanitation of some countries and the Mains water supply is not suitable to drink direct from the tap,so maybe a bottle supply from the local shop is needed but in the West its an absolute disgrace to have running clean water supplies direct in our homes but we have all these bottles on the shelf,where by fat cat companies are making money from it yet in Africa they have to travel Miles to get a large Vessel full,just to survive..
And think a little better about your water use. You are forgetting many, many things.
list the things that I'm forgetting that I havent already mentioned?I know exactly what I use as I'm metered..So i know every function in my daily routine that I and my family use a water source in our Home
