I'm happy about PATRICK RONDAT. During last concerts (Pekin and Gdansk) he was a little hide back SAMARD. He turned a secondary guitar player/music stage.

I like to think he is now composing or recording for a new own album, not puting a few notes over JARRE's playback.

Last I heard he is working on a clasical guitar album (like burn out on his on the edge album), personaly I can't wait to hear the result
Work on recording the new album is well underway. Patrick is in Bordeaux with Hervé and reports that he is pleased with the recording so far. He says that although it's been one of the hardest recording sessions he's ever done, it has been fun and the atmosphere has been great. There has been an Official photoshoot ready for promotion and also the album cover. Local reports are that it is an amazing album, so we can look forward to this one, something completely new and different, and something that has never been attempted before.

I'm now in the last rehearsals for the JMJ's Show.I'm working alone in my studio,to prepare the last new sounds effects and pads that I will use during the exhibition.
I understand that it's hard for the Fans to come in this place and I hope that my partner will be soon in a more "easy access" site!:)
We put in our suitcases the THEREMIN and the LASER HARP...as usual....
I will try to come back with pics and videos about the backstage.....
I hope to meet some of you in Maroc and I will do my best to have a talk with you.
See you soon,Dear Friends!

It's not unplugged with classical guitar, as far as I know.
I last talked to Patrick about this in May, and he said he wanted to play some classical pieces like Vivaldi Tribute with electric guitar and grand piano solely. He wanted to use the electric guitar in stead of the acoustic guitar to have more sustain, just like the original violin parts had.

But just like you, I'm very eagerly awaiting the result. :D

Sometimes i feel Francis can support/promote JMJ more actively than JM management... I hope Jean Michel will also meet with fans...

Thanks for the news Francis! :)

And other news from Francis on his forum :

CHers Vous Tous,

Very Happy
A bientot
FR

More or less, he says :
The tracklist is finished and definitive, AeroProd will tell it us but Francis can't because it is written on his contract
Lina Panova will come and she will have a "VIP access"
He goes in Morocco on Monday and it'll really begin Tuesday.
He will bring back photos, videos for us

I know this is probably an idiotic question but who is Lina Panova...Is she a photographer or something?...
