Blah Blah Cafe, the Jean-Michel Jarre forum

I have started on setting up a TITANIC forum (the ship, not the film).

While putting it together, it has asked for a 'Forum Description' using 100 - 250 symbols. As this is in the section BEFORE the forum goes online, during the creating process, Im unclear what is is asking here.

Am I to give a description of what the forum will be about and used for, a description that is for the forum host and not to be seen once the forum is up & running?.

Well, be neutral, speak of what the forum will be about, write like if it was for the hoster and for members.
But if you see after that it was for members, you'll be able to edit that
