Jan 29th promo, that means the radio stations will get it for listening. Then is it about 2-3 weeks later when they come out as official release?

I cant seem to make out what is on that album cover. I can see what looks like an island or 2, a shoreline, but whats in the forground is a little confusing.

Keep in mind this is a SAMPLER promo (many people seem to ignore the "sampler" word) - essentially meaning track excerpts for review purposes

Full album sampler, with a cardboard sleeve.
What does that "full album" then mean?

Yes, I read that, but I was wondering if it was extracts of every track or from only a few tracks.

If it says "full" then pretty much yes, every track.
