Milk in tea is good. The tannic acid will bind to the milk to form molecules that don't affect your bowel. Tannic acid will.

Taste is important too... so I drink just tea and preferred Earl Gray. I should be drinking just green tea...

I was an adicted coffee drinker but I stoped that over a year ago. It's better for my health and it makes the difference between being able to play or not with my hands...

Yeah for real... I have Multiples Sclerosis. I have to avoid chemical stress like coffee... Remeber the commercial on dutch tv? about things that suddenly stop working (you can see a woman under the shower then the shower stops).. at the end they state "Imagine that happens inside your body".. well that's exactly what happens... last year I could not use both hands. I had to be fed and imagine what more you need someone else for. At that time I saw a life as a musician float away into oblivian... Fortunately i'm stil relatively young and my body still regenerates. As you can see I still can use the keyboard ;) it's not 100% over yet but enough to make music again (not finished)...

Don't be too alarmed.. I still live
