Sounds very much like a worthy successor of Oxygene 7-13 to me, even though they are somewhat different, the name Oxygene works with them. It's a shame this album was really hyped in Jarre's concerts in 1997 and then only 12 and 8 have pretty much stayed on his tracklistings.

My favorite track is Oxygene 7, I even remember the moment I listened to it first time and felt amazed... the rest are good too, but I admit that I haven't listened to Oxygene 11 as much as the rest.

8/10

I think I can admit that this is my favourite album, a comeback of the vintage sounds.
Oxygene 7 is a great opening track of the album, the beat and the bass is just so nice with the "mellotron" stringlead. The Eminent 310 string part kicking in at the end of O7 is a great ending of this track, I rarely listen to the last part of this track.
Oxygene 8 is also just a great track, I prefer the album version. Oxygene 9 is a nice track close to Oxygene 1, still I rarely listen to the track.
Oxygene 10 must be together with Oxygene 7 and Oxygene 8 one of my favourite tracks of this album.
I wished Oxygene 11 was more like the live version from Oxygene In Moscow, still it's a cool track.
Oxygene 12 is a track I think suit this album pretty good.
I like Oxygene 13 but it's like other tracks which have been used too much for the concerts.

I hope JMJ will choose some tracks of this album for the tracklist for a forthcomming event.

Excellent album. Much more "modern" than Oxygene, but that's probably becuase it was released 20 years after. I really dig this one, it features many great songs, though it could have been slightly better.

Oxygene 8 is so great, as is Oxygene 7 and 12. And Oxygene 13 is so wonderful as a closer...

The original idea of this album was great, sadly enough it totally missed it's goal. To much trance/dance influences, although the tunes are very good. I would love to hear these songs in the real Oxygene style.

It wasn't meant to be an equal. Rather a continuation, a second chapter. So it didn't miss it's goal...! :)
