But I don't take this too seriously because they left out two really important things and that is blood-preasure and how you eat. Those two also effect your time on earth, and you can be overweight and have a low blood-preasure and actually live longer then your BMI tells you. Because low blood-preasure people can live with an overweight and be perfectly helthy and have very low colsterole and still live over 80 years...
