1967 Texas Instruments came up with a pocket calculator that was 1 kg heavy and could do the four basic ways of counting: multiply, adding, substract and deviding (spelling). It was probobly not the fastest one but hey...

So horray for the pocket calculator.

By the way I've got a Texas Instrument TI-86 Grafic calculator and that one is a really good one...

A paper tape was used insted of digital numbers.

The first "official" pocket calculator - Sinclair Executive, introduced in August 1972.

I have a TI84 because it was required for the math lessons. Now I don't know what to do about it.

Wait until the summer holidays. Then you can sell them for huge prices at Ebay for example :)
