JMJ has only worked with other musicians like Vangelis if you ask people on the p2p networks. He never did but Jarre personally wanted Kraftwerk to feature on Metamorphoses.

Oh, ok ;)
JMJ didn't play with Vangelis, nor Kraftwerk.

He played with Natasha Atlas, Marcus Miller, but not the musicians the P2P network thought, as Jakob said ;)

Thanks for the information! Would be great JMJ playing with some other famous electronc musicians, like Ralph Hütter, Florian Shneider or Vangelis, even progressive rock musicians, like Rick Wakeman...

Vangelis was to be involved in his 2001 Hymn To The Acroplis concert in Athens, Greece, but Vangelis had to refuse due to a busy schedule (preparations of his Mythodea concert).

The same applies to Kraftwerk, who were to be featured on the Metamorphoses album (Je Me Souviens to be precise). Other than that, JMJ didn't work with any major electronic music acts (I think that's what you're aiming at).

I have never heard about Laurie Anderson except for her featuring on two Jarre tracks, and seen her name once on the Vintage Synth Explorer forum.

Perhaps not commercially major (well O Superman was pretty big actually) but VERY major in these fields:
-Groundbreaking stuff (just listen to Big Science, one of the most innovative albums of all time)
-Very, very influential.
