In Denmark we have this ncie company called Daloon. They make deep-fryed springrolls that you can then warm in your oven. Anyway I saw a documentary about Daloon. They told that they fry their springrolls in a way, where the springrolls absorb the grease because of a specific temperature that gives them some kind of a shock. It just means that these are not full of fat, as you might have thought.
Besides that Daloon focus on lowfatmeat. They actually claim to have a product that isn't unhealthy, rather the opposite
