No I never said there was,I just choose to not eat it, along with Biscuits, sweets etc like a lot of foods as long as you eat in moderation theres nothing wrong with a Bit of indulgence,Just my eating plan doesn't involve such foods...for the calorific Value equivilant i would much prefer a healthy balanced meal...that would provide Proper nutrients..

The King said to Joha, who was his court jester,

"I have too many patients in my kingdom and not enough doctors".

"Not so sire" said Joha. "You have many more doctors than patients !"

"Are you mocking me jester" The King roared. "I shalll have your head."

"I will prove it sire. Just give me time." replied Joha.

A few weeks went by and the king forgot about this.

One morning Joha turns up at the kings court with a severe illness.
As soon as the courtiers see Joha,
they immediately start offering him advice on what to do and not do to cure himself.

Joha smiled.
"There you go sire. Your proof.
And if I listened to all of them I would be evn more ill ! "

I agree unless you have too much in one session. Studies have shown that dark chocolate is good for lowering blood pressure.
Yes it's pretty weird. I don't remember 100% but the cocoa was so strong that it increased the fatburning to a level where you burn more fat than the cocoa adds to the body.

A rather well known Dr in the UK.
His aproach is wholistic and natural.
Many good tip-offs there. :)

But... 8 glass of water per day :?:
Some studies says that by drinking water repetedly between your meals you will increase the risk to have urinary incontinence due to worn out muscles between the urinary bladder and the kiddneys wich is keep producing to much new urine all the time.
This is specially common amongst women who is fasting by forcing themselfs to drink a lot of water.

So... a little warning there, but it's ok to drink "pretty much" water as long as you feel thirsty or it feels natural.

But I guess that was pretty obvious.

.
If your drinking because your feel thirsty then your already dehydrated in which your doing more harm to your Body by not keeping the Fluid level constant,I drink on average between 2-3 Litres of water a day(More if Im exercising or at the gym etc),but not because i feel thirsty i sip it reguarly and not in big gulps, and i do not need to take toilet trips anymore frequently than i would if i didnt drink that much, when your first start drinking lots of water your body will dissipate it quicker and hence your taking more trips to the toilet at first ,but after a week or so of drinking more fluids, your Bladder will become used to the level of fluid and not open so often, you can actually train the bladder to not be so weak, many athletes do this by forcing themselves not to go to the toilet, which in some cases can be very harmful due to the Build up of bacteria, and in some hardwater areas can cause Gallstones..

Pure Water is a far better option than tea or coffee which are both diurectic, which make your lose fluid faster and will actually make you have more trips to the Bathroom than drinking lots of Pure water...

Remember that we all expell fluid irrespective of us having any fluid in our bladder, because we all secrete fluid through our glands in the form of sweat,so whilst you make not think your dripping sweat like a session at the gym, your body is still losing Fluid while you rest, and do everyday normal tasks so drinking plenty of water will also keep your Skin supple by replenishing that fluid lost throught sweat, our bodies are made up of mostly water anyway,so by not drinking plenty then your upsetting the fluid balance of our genetic makeup...

You can survive without food for days, but not water...you will die of thirst far quicker than starvation....

I don't beleive in fasting,(unless your doing it for religous reasons in which case its a part of your faith etc in whichcase its up to the Individual) by replacing food with water are doing more harm to your health and will cause even more irregularity of their weight in the long term...

My advice is...

...and I'm a man with pretty bad vices... (mind the "pretty" which is literal)

If mind is ok, all the rest adjust, even your "thirst" for "bad" things.
Nothing in the world can be as forgiving and fast recovering as the human body... and nothing can be as punishing.

Until now, all leads me to believe that "healthy mind = healthy body" is the key. Mind though patterns get "printed" in the body, body "prints" can manipulate the mind... you can't control the body to 100%, but you CAN control the mind.

As I said before, unexpected strong emotions can devastate anyone, but, assuming you're lucky not to have that happen to often, controling the mind "should" garantee minimal health or garantees of recovering, no matter how hard you bang yourself... within normal limits.

And remember, in ideal conditions it would take the same time to get slim that took to get fat, same goes for "getting younger" treatments... speeding results implies a price, not bad nor good, just make sure you can pay it (price here being not being able to be lazy).

Kind Regards,
AMR

So I am going to take those walks anyway, and do some core-exersizes each day I hope. So I can get this stomach of mine down to 88 cm at least. Wish me good luck!

I weight over 90 KG now I think. I don't have a bathroom-weight but I know in my big gut feeling that I weight over 90 kg now!
You are lucky, because you are still only 19 Image It is VERY EASY to loose weight at your age.
If you were 30 then you would have a LOT MORE difficulties. :D

Loosing 1KG every month is so easy for you ... you could almost do it "in your sleep". Image

For the first month you Need to "re-train" your body & your brain.
For the first month cut out ALL carbohydrates : rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, chips, crisps,
biscuits, cakes, muffins, ANYTHING with sugar in it
(chocolate, soft drinks, fizzy drinksl, you name it) a BIG NO NO. Image
Also NO cheese or similar fats.

You WILL have sugar cravings, lots of cravings, and associated let downs,
so plan in advance, buy TONNES of fruit, PURE fruit juice, natural yoghurt with live bacteria,
and buy a filtered water jug keep it filled (drinking lots of water helps weight loss).
Buy chicken and real chicken sausages, and fish (not tinned tuna it has mercury content).
Lots of green veg : excellent antioxidant.
NO red meat, NO processed food. Image

Now to take your mind off things and your cravings,
Join 1. Any club you enjoy eg walking club,
photography club, architecture club, gardening club, multiculturual club,
2. Charity work you enjoy 3.Volunteer work you enjoy. Image

From the second month introduce a little rice or pasta into your daily diet.
NO OTHER carbohydrates.
For your body mass index (I am guessing yoiu are about 5ft5 to 5ft8 tall)
you only need approx 80grams of carbohydrates a day.
BUT since you are retraining your body & brain you need only half = 40grams a day.
This is MORE than enough. Your body will then be forced to use its fat for energy.

TONNES of fruit to satisfy your sugar cravings.
And just ONCE a week a little fresh dessert in the form of say rice pudding or a small fresh cake.
Bake this cake if you want Image ... its great fun.

Please have a look on line about the Real serious dangers of processed food,
Glutamate or MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)
Aspartame (sugar subsittue found in most sugar free products)
: a Lot of your weight gain, down mood, joint aches are due to this.

In your post on Cola, both Equin(oo)xe and I summarised the dangers of
these.

Wish you the VERY BEST. :P
Sound very good advice to me - I also need to 'shed a few pounds' so I am going to try your regime too - It will be the hankering for Tyskie, Zywiec, Ococim and Lech that I am going to find hardest to cut out

Your Stomach will change diameter from time to time, depending on your posture, when you sleep you are at your tallest if you measure your height as soon as you rise out of bed,but will find that during the course of the day your height will slightly change, due to your posture, the same with your stomach,2cm difference in your waist does not mean your losing weight, for example you can easily lose 2cm off your waist by lying down for an hour when you rise your body regains it shape and you'll have changed your stomach diameter to increase again...2cm is nothing to be excited about and can easily change from day to day, tommorow you could measure your waist and you could be over that 2cm difference!!!or you could measure the following day and be well under that 2cm,making you think your losing even more....I could lose 2cm off my waist by the morning!!!but the next day be easily over it!!!you could also change the diameter by not eating all day..which will have changed again,as soon as you start eating again it will return back to the normal size

You will not notice a real difference in waist size until you stop losing water and removing Fat,which will not be visible until you have lost at least 14lb(1 stone)which would only really equate to about an Inch or so off your waist

I can easily lose that amount of water weight in 2 weeks just by sweating a lot at the gym because until you start burning fat, your only dissipating fluid weight

the easiest way to tell if your losing fat is when you start losing Inches off your waist, when you are losing weight on the start of a diet your expelling water Weight, its not until you notice a difference in Waist size that your actually burning fat, this can take up about a month before you'll truly be utilizing fat...

When your dieting, your best to weigh/Measure yourself at the start of the regime and then not bother again until the end of the month, and then only once every two weeks after that...

you will not notice massive differences until you've been on a diet/Fitness strategy for at least a month or even more, you can also feel the benefit of it too and you'll not only weigh less but will feel more confident that you'll actually feel you've lost the weight...

Whilst it may have boosted your confidence, you need to look at the bigger picture, and measure yourself tommorow and not bother again until at least a further Month,or you'll just be dissapointed if you keep checking the Tape measure every few days in the hope you losing inches!!

You can also check the circumference of the hip in compare to the waist wich should be equal or less (scientificly speaking) to you hip's circumference.
The waist circumference divided by your hips circumference should give number 1 (or less) for men and 0,85 (or less) for women.

Also you have to look at your boby's weight and how tall you are.
Then calculate your Body Mass Index, BMI, that is:
Your length in meters multiply by itself and then divide your weight (in kilos) by this number.
ex. 70kg / (1,75m x 1,75m) = 22,857 (BMI)

Scientificly speakin you should have a number between 19 to 24 if you are 18-34 years old and not a body builder (muscle maniac).
If your age are higher you can have a normal BMI up to 26.
There are also many calculators around the net where you just have to type in the numbers of your length and weight.

What these methods are not revealing is exactely how much of your measures or weight is muscles, water and body fat.
All you do is making an estimated calculation that should give you an idea.
