No I never said there was,I just choose to not eat it, along with Biscuits, sweets etc like a lot of foods as long as you eat in moderation theres nothing wrong with a Bit of indulgence,Just my eating plan doesn't involve such foods...for the calorific Value equivilant i would much prefer a healthy balanced meal...that would provide Proper nutrients..

Yes it's pretty weird. I don't remember 100% but the cocoa was so strong that it increased the fatburning to a level where you burn more fat than the cocoa adds to the body.jarre247 wrote:I agree unless you have too much in one session. Many good tip-offs there.

So... a little warning there, but it's ok to drink "pretty much" water as long as you feel thirsty or it feels natural.![]()
.
Pure Water is a far better option than tea or coffee which are both diurectic, which make your lose fluid faster and will actually make you have more trips to the Bathroom than drinking lots of Pure water...
Remember that we all expell fluid irrespective of us having any fluid in our bladder, because we all secrete fluid through our glands in the form of sweat,so whilst you make not think your dripping sweat like a session at the gym, your body is still losing Fluid while you rest, and do everyday normal tasks so drinking plenty of water will also keep your Skin supple by replenishing that fluid lost throught sweat, our bodies are made up of mostly water anyway,so by not drinking plenty then your upsetting the fluid balance of our genetic makeup...
You can survive without food for days, but not water...you will die of thirst far quicker than starvation....
I don't beleive in fasting,(unless your doing it for religous reasons in which case its a part of your faith etc in whichcase its up to the Individual) by replacing food with water are doing more harm to your health and will cause even more irregularity of their weight in the long term...

...and I'm a man with pretty bad vices... (mind the "pretty" which is literal)
If mind is ok, all the rest adjust, even your "thirst" for "bad" things.
Nothing in the world can be as forgiving and fast recovering as the human body... and nothing can be as punishing.
Until now, all leads me to believe that "healthy mind = healthy body" is the key. Mind though patterns get "printed" in the body, body "prints" can manipulate the mind... you can't control the body to 100%, but you CAN control the mind.
As I said before, unexpected strong emotions can devastate anyone, but, assuming you're lucky not to have that happen to often, controling the mind "should" garantee minimal health or garantees of recovering, no matter how hard you bang yourself... within normal limits.
And remember, in ideal conditions it would take the same time to get slim that took to get fat, same goes for "getting younger" treatments... speeding results implies a price, not bad nor good, just make sure you can pay it (price here being not being able to be lazy).
Kind Regards,
AMR

Sound very good advice to me - I also need to 'shed a few pounds' so I am going to try your regime too - It will be the hankering for Tyskie, Zywiec, Ococim and Lech that I am going to find hardest to cut outBnM wrote:You are lucky, because you are still only 19Leelene wrote:I was messauring my waist two days ago and found out that I had 105 cm around it. I was stunned and ashamed. And I know that my back hurts when I take walks due to it. So I am going to take those walks anyway, and do some core-exersizes each day I hope. So I can get this stomach of mine down to 88 cm at least. Wish me good luck!
I weight over 90 KG now I think. I don't have a bathroom-weight but I know in my big gut feeling that I weight over 90 kg now!
It is VERY EASY to loose weight at your age.
If you were 30 then you would have a LOT MORE difficulties.![]()
Loosing 1KG every month is so easy for you ... you could almost do it "in your sleep".
For the first month you Need to "re-train" your body & your brain.
For the first month cut out ALL carbohydrates : rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, chips, crisps,
biscuits, cakes, muffins, ANYTHING with sugar in it
(chocolate, soft drinks, fizzy drinksl, you name it) a BIG NO NO.
Also NO cheese or similar fats.
You WILL have sugar cravings, lots of cravings, and associated let downs,
so plan in advance, buy TONNES of fruit, PURE fruit juice, natural yoghurt with live bacteria,
and buy a filtered water jug keep it filled (drinking lots of water helps weight loss).
Buy chicken and real chicken sausages, and fish (not tinned tuna it has mercury content).
Lots of green veg : excellent antioxidant.
NO red meat, NO processed food.
Now to take your mind off things and your cravings,
Join 1. Any club you enjoy eg walking club,
photography club, architecture club, gardening club, multiculturual club,
2. Charity work you enjoy 3.Volunteer work you enjoy.
From the second month introduce a little rice or pasta into your daily diet.
NO OTHER carbohydrates.
For your body mass index (I am guessing yoiu are about 5ft5 to 5ft8 tall)
you only need approx 80grams of carbohydrates a day.
BUT since you are retraining your body & brain you need only half = 40grams a day.
This is MORE than enough. Your body will then be forced to use its fat for energy.
TONNES of fruit to satisfy your sugar cravings.
And just ONCE a week a little fresh dessert in the form of say rice pudding or a small fresh cake.
Bake this cake if you want... its great fun.
Please have a look on line about the Real serious dangers of processed food,
Glutamate or MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)
Aspartame (sugar subsittue found in most sugar free products)
: a Lot of your weight gain, down mood, joint aches are due to this.
In your post on Cola, both Equin(oo)xe and I summarised the dangers of
these.
Wish you the VERY BEST.
